Du suchst nach einem Einstieg im Bereich Office365? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Junior Messaging Consultant arbeitest du eng mit unserem erfahrenen Team von IT-Spezialist:innen zusammen und lernst von ihnen. Du unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen bei Aufbau und Betrieb ihrer Mail-Infrastruktur. Außerdem hilfst du bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Migrationen und bist Ansprechpartner:in für die IT-Teams unserer Kund:innen.

Wenn das Persönliche passt, hätten wir noch ein paar weitere Wünsche:
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Office365-Produkten wie Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams oder Intune.
  • Grundverständnis von E-Mail Transportprotokollen (z.B.: SMTP) 
  • Grundkenntnisse im PowerShell-Skripting.
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich Office365 oder verwandten Themen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung mit den oben genannten Themen, oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich.

As a Junior Messaging Consultant, you will work closely with our experienced team of IT specialists and learn from them. You will support our clients in setting up and operating their mail infrastructure. In addition, you will help with the planning and execution of migrations and serve as a point of contact for the IT teams of our clients.

  • Fundamental knowledge in managing Office365 products like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, or Intune. 
  • Basic understanding of email transport protocols (e.g., SMTP). 
  • Foundational knowledge in PowerShell scripting. 
  • Certifications in the field of Office365 or related topics are advantageous, but not a must. 
  • Occasional willingness to travel within Europe. 
  • Some professional experience with the aforementioned topics, or a completed education in a relevant field.

What do we offer you in return?
  • A fair and fixed salary - There's no commission-based sorcery here. Depending on your experience and working hours, an annual salary between €36,000 and €48,000 is realistic.
